Easy Rack Warrants goods purchased here to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (finish excluded] for a period or one [1] year from date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply in event goods are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modification or repair by persons not authorized by seller or damaged during shipment.

All implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded.

Buyers remedy, if any, for any defective goods shall be limited to a refund by seller or replacement of goods at sellers option, and shall in no event include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

No products accepted for return without prior approval. Seller shall have the right to inspect goods claimed to be defective at buyers place of business or require buyer to return the goods to seller for inspection on seller?s premises. Transportation charges borne by seller only if goods are proven defective under warranty.

New and used pallet racks are design to hold pallets also called skids that are used to transport and store stacks of products, materials or merchandise. Pallets or skids are moved with gasoline powered pallet trucks and electric or hand pallet jacks. Skids can typically hold up to 2000 lbs. of materials, and measure 40" X 48".
